Customer summary will give you a graphical representation of your site's user activity. It records how many visitors your site has had, and how many of them have made a purchase.
These graphs illustrate the amount of visitors to your site (column/line A) and the amount of purchases made (column/line B) on any specific day, all the way up to the entire year. You can easily switch between graphs for different days, weeks, months, etc. by clicking the previous and next arrows.
'Total Shoppers' represents the number of visitors to your site.
'Total Sales' represents the number of visitors who made a purchase on your site.
'Avg. Conversion Rate' is the percentage of people to visit your online store who made a purchase during their visit. A higher number indicates better store performance. The conversion rate can be useful in predicting shopping patterns over time or as an indicator that your sale flow may need to be optimized.
'Most Shoppers' represents the time when the number of visitors was at its highest.
'Least Shoppers' represents the time when the number of visitors was at its lowest.
'Most Sales' represents the time when the number of visitors who made a purchase was at its highest.
'Least Sales' represents the time when the number of visitors who made a purchase was at its lowest.
