Product Reviews
Search, review and remove product reviews written by customers. Once a review is submitted by a customer, it is instantly approved and appears on the product page.
- Date Range
- Search for product reviews by date range. Select 'Enter A Date' to specify your own date range.
- Filter by Status:
- Restrict your search by the current status of the review.
- Product
- The product being reviewed.
- Rating
- The rating which the customer gave the product. The customer can choose any number of stars between 0 and 5.
- Title
- The title of the review.
- Author
- The name of the person who submitted the review.
- Submit Time
- The date on which the review was submitted.
- Approve/Deny
- Approve or deny a pending product review. You may also make revisions to the title or comments, i.e. correct spelling errors or remove offensive language.
- Delete
- Remove a product review. This option is available only if the review has been approved. Once a product review is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
