Merkatis Commerce™ is under continual improvement, and from time to time we release upgrades to the system to add new features, more powerful tools, and greater ease of use. These upgrades are included with the Premium Service Package, so your shopping cart will always be up to date and state of the art.
If you are a Platinum Package holder, we will notify you of each new feature upgrade, and it is entirely up to you if you want to install it or not. You are free to run your store as you see fit.

Our Premium Service Package bundles everything you need to get your ecommerce solution up and running, and that includes the ecommerce web hosting. Our data center offers 99.9% uptime and redundant high-speed connections to ensure that your store is always available and running smoothly.
The Platinum Package allows you to use your own web hosting on a dedicated server running all of the necessary tools. We will not install Merkatis to any shared hosting providers other than Artifex. For a $500 setup fee, we will install Merkatis on your dedicated host to get your new shopping cart running smoothly, and from there, you have complete control. Or we can host your ecommerce solution for you on our shared server with no setup fees involved.
